New England Hospital Medicine Winter Conference
January 22–24, 2027 | Stratton Mountain, Vermont
Join hospitalists and healthcare professionals from across New England for a weekend of clinical updates, practical learning, and professional connection. The New England Hospital Medicine Winter Conference brings together faculty from regional institutions to explore current challenges and emerging opportunities in hospital medicine.
The program features presentations on patient throughput, medical ethics, the hospitalist’s role as a physician advisor, oncologic emergencies, pain management, ICU transitions, end-stage liver disease, and bedside ultrasound. Resident case presentations, a patient throughput panel, and an interactive hospital medicine update offer additional opportunities to learn and exchange ideas.
A keynote address by Eric Howell, MD, CEO of the Society of Hospital Medicine, will explore The Future of Hospital Medicine.
With morning and evening educational sessions, networking receptions, and a Saturday midday break, the conference offers time to connect with colleagues and enjoy the Stratton Mountain setting.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your registration, please do so before January 7, 2027. Cancellations received before this date will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation fee.
