This registration is for the SHINE Live Cohort.
The live cohort gives you a place to talk through the parts of becoming an attending that aren't always answered by a textbook or training program.
Each virtual session combines brief insights from experienced hospitalists with small-group conversations led by SHINE coaches. You'll have opportunities to ask questions, compare experiences, troubleshoot real situations, and learn alongside peers navigating many of the same challenges.
Optional coaching opportunities provide additional access to experienced hospitalists when you want more individualized guidance.

SHINE coaches will offer optional drop-in coaching hours throughout the program. Participants may also have opportunities to connect individually with coaches to discuss questions or challenges from their own practice.
Who should participate?
SHINE is designed for hospitalist attendings in their first one to two years of independent practice. The live cohort is limited to 50 participants to support meaningful discussion, coaching, and peer connection.
